If you are receiving an error message that an Event has failed to download, or if the Event is simply not present in your game, please follow these steps to resolve it.
1. Please close all apps and restart the device
2. Make sure you have the latest update of the game installed.
3. Please check for any updates for your device.
4. Clear the cache on your device.

It is important to make sure that you have enough open storage space on your device as well as the game needs to download new assets in order to run events.
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the game. Please note that your game progress can only be saved when you play while signed in to your Facebook account so make sure that you are before reinstalling!
